Board Communique December 2025
Dear Members
Principals Australia Research Foundation Ltd’s (PARF) Board met on Tuesday 25 November 2025, at Parkroyal Hotel, Melbourne Airport. The agenda included 4 key matters:
1. Investment portfolio management
2. PARF Strategic Plan 2025-2028
3. PARF Operational Goals 2026 and PARF Budget
4. PARF Board Director Skills and Capabilities
Investment Portfolio Management
The Board discussed the key aspects of the investment policy with new portfolio managers, Koda Capital, scheduled to replace JBWere from 1 January 2026. A timeline was presented for the review of the Investment Policy. The Finance and Investment Committee will oversee the transfer of the portfolio from JBWere to Koda Capital and consider any minor adjustments to investments recommended by Koda Capital while the policy review is being developed.
PARF Strategic Plan 2025-2028
The Board resolved to adopt the Strategic Plan 2025-2028 as presented and make it available to Members.
PARF Operational Goals 2026 and Budget 2026
The Board resolved that Operational Goals 2026 as amended be endorsed and published. The Board also resolved that the budget for year ending 31 Dec 2026 be adopted.
The Board endorsed the proposed schedule of meetings and events for 2026.
PARF Director Skills and Capabilities
The Board discussed the current Director Skills and Capabilities Matrix and resolved that the matrix as adjusted be endorsed.
